What's it like to run on those things?
Do you have to hold on to the rail to get the tread to work, or can you run in place without holding on to anything?

It's really frustrating and I could not keep at it nor recommend it. I had a Norditrack where you do have to hold handles and work them too. The treadmill itself does not move unless you're already pretty built and strong. Now that I go to the gym and use electric ones, I hate that manual thing.

It is like so awesome
No I can't run in place. because it is Manuel it really works all your different muscles way better than a normal electrical one.
I got mine from doctor Lenard's.com it was like 99.00 and the shipping was free. I', pretty sure it still is if you hurry.
I love my treadmill. Oh and I do have an electrical I don't use it anymore. because I get a better workout using my Manuel. I sweat better and I feel better really fast. hope this helps
