Please explain to me how so many people can have sooo much time on their hands that we can be answering all these questions....Don't we have real people or work to be getting on with...I am very interested in what you think

First of all you are looking at the glass half empty, I dunno about everyone else but I certainly don't have a lot of time on hands. Sometimes I experience burn out at work, and Yahoo answers helps me relax a lil bit. And is it worng that some people enjoy sharing knowledge or being funny? Stop being a party pooper!!!!

Its the era of knowledge, and to survive in this competitive world one needs have rational thinking, creative ideas and innovative thoughts. And to develop all the aforesaid, one should have the quench and poses the required knowledge.
How everyone has the time to answer all the questions? Well people from different parts of the world answers questions at their own leisure time. Indeed one should involve oneself in this process, as opinions can be shared with everyone, which could also help in solving some important issues.
After all, its the "Lateral thinking" that is the need of the hour.

Well that is not really the point.This site is actually quite productive.It could be that you are caught up in a wrong category with people who are less intelligent than you.Or maybe you ar in a category which is not really your turf.Find the ones suitable for you and you'll see that this site is very useful.

most ppl r bored and um yea thats me too so yea i have a life but think about it do it really take up alot of time u cant write all day cuz it have a cut off limit
