Premature Ejaculation (PE) is a very common and serious problem suffered by 1 out of 4 males. The causes of PE range from person to person and from psychological to physical. The average time a male suffering from PE is less than 5 minutes of intercourse before they ejaculate.

There are many supplements and techniques that are good for this issue. There are also medications, but those have side effects. I would recommend using 5-HTP 200mg, which is a serotonin precusor. A low serotonin level has been linked to PE, that is why doctors prescribed anti-depressants, 5-HTP will boost the serotonin levels naturally. You can also practice the Natural Ejaculation Control Tecnique.

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/T6Kqs

Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

Have him masturbate a half and hour before then have him wear a condom with some desensitizing cream in the tip.

When I was young that is what I did. Lasted for 30-45 min sometimes! Careful what you wish for, sex that long isn't always great for most women. They usually would like you to get the job done in 20..maybe 30 minutes (not including foreplay)

Mind exercises work as well...like singing 99 bottles of beer on the wall..lol..don't laugh, it's gotten me thru a couple of sessions!

Maybe he can help you along with his fingers or other toys before he puts it in. You can get closer to satisfaction, before he starts, and maybe loosen the muscles up a little so he can last longer. A condom might help, in that it does dull sensation - usually considered not fun, but in this case it might actually be good, if it prolongs the fun.
Also, practice, practice, practice...
Lucky man!

These things usually work themselves out in time. He's over-excited, so you're not doing it enough, so that he gets used to it. There are also control techniques that you can practice together. do a google for ejac. control.

it's okay to be a very "tight" person.

he is not learning how to control himself. he's giving in for his own desires and not thinking about you.

try to get him to give you oral sex until you are very close to orgasm. when you are very close have intercourse. if he only lasts a little bit it might be enough for you both to orgasm together.

it's really annoying when they don't help you climax.
