Can you have two people on at the same time
I log in then my brother logs in on the same acount and we select diffrent characters so i can play with him

Not on the same account. You have to play on different accounts in order to play at the same time.
They love money. And, being that there's no limit to characters per account, they would never make any more money if they let multiple users on the same account at once.

That really shouldnt be happening, are the characters on the same account or 2 different accounts? on the same account you cant have 2 of the characters on at the same time, as well as having the same account sign on in 2 different places, there will be a patch for that soon... see what you did??????

No, you cant. If you want to play at the same time you need 2 different accounts
