Strange. "Open Sesame a portal to Kryptonite Town" and poof, we a have a winner. Then he says "Open Sesame a portal to Pleasure Town" and he goes and gets massaged by Catwoman.

Doc Strange would win. Superman cannot beat magic. Besides Kryptonite, magic is Superman's weakness, and Doc Strange has been well trained in the art of mysticism.

Strangely i would choose superman as he's faster than a speeding bullet, able to leap tall buildings, is insensitive to Lois Lane's needs as a woman, slam bang thank you mam, has a child and goes away to outer space. Strange just sits in his home and travels astrally leaving himself vulnerable to all manner of attack.
