I would say about 30-45 minutes for myself on most days, when I am really busy it's alot less.

I spend about 1 hour everyday when it's a work day. On the weekends it's a different story..........Lol

about 40 minutes a day on average although today I'm home sick and I've been here for almost 2 hours already...i might try a little light exercise and a hot bath in a little while.... I always ask a question when I get on here first thing and i use it as a timer ...
