Is there a chance with that Syndrome he can still have kids? Or our chances shot out? I have read up on it, but I want to here real life stories.

Klinefelter syndrome is associated with infertility but one of its type called Mosaicism which is observed in 10 % can be fertile.Hence it depends on what is the type of klinefelter syndrome your hubby has.If he got klinefelter syndrome mosaicism then you might have more chances of having a kid.Do not loose hope though as there are reports of births from a nonmosaic as well.The reported cases however uses the process of Intracytoplasmic sperm injection, in which a spermatozoon is injected into an ovum in vitro.The reported cases can de found on this site:
