I agree. It's a shame that there isn't a spelling, grammar and typing test to see if you qualify for internet access. Even more irritating is foreigners who don't know English well enough to communicate asking questions. Why wouldn't they just use their own language? Maybe then someone would understand them.

People type like THiS! because they are freaking retarded, I hate it to! But it brings out what they are trying to say, it brings out a point! So in a way it does kinda make since!
