If you are applying to become a teacher in the united kingdom,a lawyer is not what you need ,you need to secure a teaching position in a school and the school will sort you out.
If it is to be a skilled worker in another field, you need to look on the home office website (www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk)for HSMP that is highly skilled immigrant worker programme.
Ask the question again with more details and hopefully i will be able to point you in the right direction.

Go online to www.uscis.gov. There, there you can find downloadable forms, fees, fingerprinting procedures, etc. There's everything you need on that site.

As a side note...lawyers just to fill out forms are quite expensive. When I went through the immigration process (from illegal immigrant to citizen) I filled out all the forms on my own. If you're halfway intelligent, they are easy to fill out and quick. It may be easier for you to do that.

Good luck!
