In fact during his original draft he was made to be gay but then Masashi Kishimoto decided ,nah that would ruin the anime so he's actually straight.Later on in the series he's gonna show some feelings toward sakura.

there's some parts w/ naruto and sasuke that look soooo gay cause it's soooo corny! but i don't think he is.
we actually dont' know for real though.
