That's a phonetic, albeit incorrect spelling of the word, "minutiae" which means "something trivial" or "inconsequential". It is of Latin derivation. It is used correctly in that sentence, but if someone chooses a word like that for the purpose of impressing you with his or her vocabulary, then that person should at least spell it correctly, or it loses a lot in the translation and defeats one's purpose.

in hebrew, menucha means rest, so menuchia should mean something like 'my rest' or 'a rest' hope i've been helpful!
