i had sex on the july 7th at 3:00 PM
the condom broke but my bf did not ejaculate at all
took plan b morning after pill july 8th at 3:30 PM (around 24 hrs)
my expected period should start on july 17th
i took a home pregnancy test for early results, indicating that i can test as early as 4 days before my expected period
the result was negative - not pregnant
but its the 19th and my period is late
should i try another pregnancy test? would i be pregnant?
or is it just side effects from plan b that causes irregular period?

It could be the stress of knowing you "could" be pregnant that has your cycle off. The mind is very powerful. When I thought I had gotten pregnant my cycle was over a week late and I wasn't but I made myself believe I was and my cycle followed. Wait a few more days, your cycle should come soon. Best of luck to you.

The plan B method of birth control can change your cycle, as it often forces you to bleed, just like a period. The website says this can happen, but is not likely.

I have taken it before, and it took me the standard 28 days to begin a new cycle. That is not to say that is what will happen for you, but it is definitely possible.

I would call Planned Parenthood and ask.

Stressing out always delays mine. Try to stay calm and keep busy. It's in God's hands now so if you are meant to have a baby, you will be blessed with one. If not, your period will start soon!

i would say its from plan b, i took it once and then missed a period, but take a test again to make sure.

Try to not stress over it. Stress will cause irregular periods.

my period isn't always predictable - sometimes its a day or two early or late so wait it out longer and see what happens.
