The war is over in Iraq and only the peace process between two fractions left. Its a pity Sunnis and Shites are not united so it will be a long process. It is better for US troupes to be present there as long as possible. That way US can control the fanatic movements away from homeland. Keeping US troupes occupying foreign lands keep the US citizens safer.
