I agree. If you are whittling away your time at a company by playing on this site, you should be fired. I think that another person who cares about the job should be put in that place. There is no excuse for it and it is no different than playing any other game on company time.

At every job there's really busy days and there's days that its not busy, specially during summer. I don't agree with wasting time but are you going to quit your job because you haven't been busy lately? If you have work to do sitting on your desk, then you should not be on this site.

I worked for a company that allowed reasonably small amounts of internet time. Their policy was that if you got your work done, and you do it well, they're not concrened about the minute-by-minute breakdown of your day.
But if it's against company policy to use the interest for personal stuff, then of course, DON'T!!!

Yes, you should be fired. YOU are PAYED to do your job and if you're not doing your job, you should be fired. Unless you don't like your job, I would get on here more.

I hope i don't get fired, cuz I come here all the time while I'm at work. Then again, I could use the vacation and the un-employment checks.

This site is research. People who come here while at their job are, surely, coming here looking for a specific answer to a question.

Also factor in if you are using the Companies Network/Bandwidth/OSs/PCs/Electricity/ITs/NAs/CITs/SITs........A company can rely on a network or allow it to fail. How the network is used is generally the line that divides the succeses from the failures.

Depends on your company policy. I am allowed to use this site when I am on lunch or taking a break. No Thievery involved.

I frankly don't care enough about this job to do actual work. I'm here to kill time and make some money. They don't pay me enough to do real work.
