many European historical people who lived since the days of Hitler wrote books that denies the so called 'holocaust massacre' and said that only up to one thousand jews were killed.. not 1 million.
Those people got a life time sentance for denying the holocaust

To be clear, it's illegal in countries like Germany to be anti-semetic because of the Holocaust. Denying the Holocaust is illegal becasue it happened, it is a dark stain on the history of the world, and there are few countries that bear no blood on their hands for the slaughter of 6 million Jews in the concentration camps. Denying the holocuast is ignorance. There is no legitimate reason to deny the holocaust other than to further the hatred of the Jews.
Weak minded people buy into ideological arguments of both islamic terrorist and neo-nazis alike deny the holocaust. Interesting how there is virtually no difference between a skinhead in Idaho and a "palestinian" youth in Gaza...

If you live in the US, I think someone is giving you some bad information, or you are not understanding what they are telling you.
In this country, freedom of speech is paramount, with respect to everyone. It is not illegal to voice your opinion about anything, but you have to be prepared to take whatever is flung at you as a result. What is ILLEGAL is to commit a crime against anyone as a result of the victim being a Jew, or Muslim, etc. These are called hate crimes and carry severe punishment.
You can run naked through the streets yelling that you hate Jews, or whoever, and unless you hit a Jew, or otherwise commit a crime against a Jew, the worst your going to get is arrested for indecent exposure. But, again, be prepared, for I assure you that as your booked into jail, the cops will make sure that everyone knows how you feel about Jew's and then you are subject to the "prison form of justice".
In respect to the overall question, NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO BE ANTI-ANY RACE OR CULTURE. People are people unless of course they act like animals, and then they deserve what they get, race or culture NOTWITHSTANDING.

I'd really like to see the legislation that states you get 10-15 years of prison time for saying something anti-semetic in public. You must not be in the US, because people say anti-semetic things in public here all the time.

Um, not in the USA you can't. There are plenty of disgusting skinhead neo-nazi groups crawling the country and spreading their hate--I mean exercising their First Amendment Rights. It's just illegal to target and harm other people based on race or creed, because that is what we call a hate crime.

Maybe in Germany...? If you really got 10-15 for talking trash about Jews, the prisons would be overcrowded (or at least more overcrowded).

Come to Greece. You can say anything about or to anyone. As long as they aren't Greek! Still the only country in the EU without a Mosque. You have to admire that! ;o)

Not in the US. We're free to say whatever we want.
Oh wait, that's not true anymore, everything has to be politically correct.
Oh well, we don't do time for not being politically correct.

Where's that, not in the US.
You can get your head sawed clean off in some Arab countries, you don't even need to say anything.

Here in the US, ethnicities and religions are protected equally from negative *acts* but not negative *speech*.
