Unsolicited Merchandise

Federal law prohibits the shipment of unordered merchandise. Such a practice may constitute an unfair trade practice. Merchandise mailed in violation of United States Code may be treated as a gift by the recipient without any obligation to the sender. I have received offers to join Columbia DVD clubs....but I have never received any DVDs out right through the mail.

Call their 800 number or go on the web and email their customer service and tell them you had better not get a bill because this is considered fraud if they try to bill you.
