I work for a floral wire service and need help in coming up with a name for one of our newest programs. Please help!

Since you're running a floral business, name it the "Sunflower" program. Think about it. A sunflower is a very recognized flower because it's so large and it grows from a seed that you can find them anywhere, as if they've spread among their horizon. A recognizable worker "spreads among the horizon" with his/her skills and grows as a worker into a "large flower". Therefore, Sunflower program.

Avoid tacky names - employees will just make fun of them. I would just call it the Employee Recognition Award.
Emphasize the employee's work and focus on maximizing the message to the employee that their effort and work is appreciated.
At my office, our boss struggles to keep a straight face and makes our 'Wow!' award seem like a big joke.
