You may be on the way out! It wouldn't hurt to update your resume. It may, however, be an oversight. Either way, you should ask your supervisor why you didn't get a raise and how you could get one (what areas you need improvement in).

Have you been there the same duration of time, a lot of times longer term employees recieve "cost of living increases" that aren't given out to fairly new employees.

Ask your supervisor. Perhaps your performance did not warrant a raise or they got a raise because they have been there a longer than you.

Get on paper your accomplishments for the year and CALMLY talk to your boss when she/he is in a good mood. (I forgot the calmly part but it still worked). Good luck!

ask why u didn't get the same amout raise and if they can't answer u, quit and find a job that will respect u.
