It depends on where you live, but I think no. I know that in Michigan, where I'm from, you can be prosecuted for having sex with a person under the age of 16 if you are over 18. Also, I believe that people over 16 but under 18 are allowed to marry but only with parental consent. Look up the laws in your state before doing anything.

No, because the child's father is a minor. Some states require parental permission for minors between 15 and 17, you need to do some research. But still, you can get arrested for statutory rape because you are over 18. (Yes, it works both ways!)

I beg of you, please think of what is best for the BABY and allow it to be adopted by a mature, stable couple. An 18 year old girl having sex with a 15 year old boy is obviously very immature. To think marrying a 15 year old is a good idea is even more astonishing. How do you and the 15-year old baby daddy plan to support this child?

stick him on the start cert something can ensue in 2 yrs time - u prefer to b lifelike - it is going to b awhile until eventually u can b financially self reliant via having a baby at a tender age and with the help of year age - so u prefer to verify that the dad is making funds being on the cert proves this in the different case u would might want to bypass throu messy courrts. merely reason hes brilliant on the mo doesnt continuously mean he will b. if ur father and mom prefer to press costs certain they can with or with out ur consent as ur r a minor - and what ur bf has executed is faulty. imagine ahesad if it became year baby who (continues to be somewhat one in a father and mom eyes) at 15 became seduced by a guy would u b indignant ! Thlis in itself shows ur bf isn't of sturdy personality and can't b depended on

maybe if the parents of the 15yr old agrees to the marriage of the both of u guys but if not then u need to wait untill he is 16 or 18

Yea, great idea. You'll need his parents permission, so go & tell his Mom & Dad your situation & how you got there, & ask if you guys can get married. Oh, & can I come & watch when you go to do this?
