The best college game ever was the 1984 Fiesta Bowl most famous for the Doug Flutie hail mary pass near the end of the fourth quarter to seal the comeback (Miami and Bernie Kosar had just scored to take the lead back). Final score, 45-41. Great game.
Best NFL game was the Wild Card game January 3, 1993. The Houston Oilers were leading the Buffalo Bills 35-3. I almost turned this game off because Jim Kelly was out, so there was no way they could come back and win, right? I said, "well, you never know what can happen, they could come back." I was only joking. Anyway, the Bills, led by Frank Reich were able to come back and win 41-38 in overtime as the greatest comeback (and choke) in NFL history.

It’s hard to be objective rather than subjective.
The best college game in history was BC vs. Miami (Doug Flutie’s Hail Mary Pass to Gerald Phelan to win it).
I’m sure you guys have seen the replay many, many times.
Great game, great individual achievement, and great finish.
The best NFL game ever was that SD vs. Miami playoff game in 1981.
Wow, what a great comeback by Miami only to lose in OT.
Kellen Winslow Sr. was an absolute monster in that game including blocking a kick.
He passed out from exhaustion after the game was over.
Great game, great individual achievement, and great finish.
My subjective choices:
NCAA:
Notre Dame vs. USC last year.
I’m a HUGE ND fan…and even though they lost…what a game…what a finish…what a GUTSY call at the end!
NFL:
Too many to count:
Dolphins vs. Bears in 1985
Cowboys vs. Forty Whiners in the 1992 playoffs
Cowboys vs. Vikings in 1999 I believe (Thanksgiving game)
Randy Moss touched the ball 3 times…he had 3 TD’s and all were over 40 yards…and he was a rookie.
The Oilers and Bills in 1992 (The Frank Reich comeback previously mentioned)
And the Super Bowl between NE and ST Louis was nice.

Th best NFL game in history is probably Elway's "Drive" against the Browns in the AFC championship. The Browns had that game won and watched it fall completely apart right in fron of their eyes, football at it's finest.
The best college game? Not many will agree, but I think that it is the National Championship between Ohio State and Miami. That game was full of Speed and Violence with unexpected twists and turns at evey corner. An inteception and a pickpocket on the same play? After watching that, you had to know that Clarett would end up a criminal.

Best NFL Game in History: Super Bowl XXV - Giants vs. Bills
Best college game? Probably BC's upset of Miami in 1984. Or Colorado beating Michigan in the Outhouse in Ann Arbor.

(no worse game ever was the longhorns beating 'SC in the 2006 orange bowl.)
The best college game is ND v 'SC from last year. It had everything and lived up to the hype...I still get a tear in my eye after seeing the ending and watching the Traojans pull it out!
Best NFL game to me, I would say would have to be 1992 AFC Wild Card Game -- Houston Oilers vs. Buffalo Bills. With the Oilers up 35-3 with 13:19 left in the third quarter the Bills came back to eventually win in overtime: 41-38
