Israel, for a long time, was the only democracy in the Middle East. In giving aid to Israel, the US hoped that other countries would slowly warm up to democracy, seeing how well off Israel had become. Also, Americans have strong ties to Judiasm and the Jewish people. There are more Jews living in NYC than in Israel! The US was also the main reason that the Allies won WWII in Europe, ending the Holocaust and liberating millions of Jews.

So maybe the US doesn't really "get" anything out of their partnership with Israel. It's more symbolic than anything else.

As Israel has the perfect military contained in the international and the united states is managed by Jews, voted in by non-Jews, we've little selection yet to help Israel. I comprehend that they receive all military kit free of charge, compliments of the american taxpayer.. So in case you pay taxes, sit down decrease back and earnings from the coach as you're figuring out to purchase it. i don't like Jews yet they're the perfect infantrymen contained in the international. Sorry the 2d element of your question is biased hostile to the Jews.

Israel is doing the fighting for the US and they're doing a great job. Hezbolah and Hamas and all the terrorist really want to go after the US if they can. Better to have the fighting done in the Middle East than in the US soil.
