Sure they do. I went there for a month and got to participate in their "anzac" day--honoring their soldiers for the battle at gallipoli. Anzac "a" for australia "nz" for new zealand. They mostly all live on the coast. They are alot like us I MEAN ALOT. Sydney is the best--if you are travelling up the coast, the beachside towns are awesome--especially the gold coast. The nature there is amazing--its the best part. its expensive there--and things arent as modern as here...no pay at the pump, no fountain drinks--hardly any ice is served over there with any drink--you get bottled drinks instead. Food is TERRIBLE--the red rooster is good fast food--chicken sandwiches, etc. The rest sucks. OH, what they do there is DRINK. Tooheys, four x, victoria bitter. NOT FOSTERS. It is NOT australian for beer.

A very well equipped Army, Air force and Navy.
I imagine people in Australia do the same things that people do anywhere else in a modern civilized western style society.

Candykills,
Not only do they have an army, but they have a well earned reputation for kicking butt in battle. I would fight beside them any day.
