I'm fairly pale, living in London so I want to make the most of the sunny weather and build up a nice tan.
Anybody know of any lotions I can apply or vitamins I can take to help speed up the tanning process?

Thanks.

EDIT: I don't want to use sunbeds or any sort of fake tans.

it sounds weird but coke helps. yup the soda coke. not drinking it putting it on when you are on the beach and it is really sunny. my kids used a few years ago and it does work fast.

Well i would suggest tanning oil/spray i wouldent go to a tanning bed just simply lather yourself in tanning spray and stay outside all day, suggesting you should swimm and get out as sun is attracted to water btut if you do i suggest having some sun screen in the tan just be reading the bottle so you dont burn

;;good luck

Exfoliate! Getting rid of dead skin cells before laying out in the sun helps you to tan quicker and the results last longer because you are tanning "new" skin and not just the cells on the surface.

apply butter to the skin with a gloved hand, place body in sunny spot and bake at 350 degrees
