This is the best movie I've ever seen in my life.

Pirates 2 is visually stunning, and in that respect, interesting enough to watch, but, much like the original, lacks a solid plot. The story seems to be scattered around all over, and move along at an almost incomprehensible pace. Furthermore, even for a sequel, the character development was extraordinarily minimal. Jack Sparrow's character had few jokes, and was in the movie for small amounts of time, leaving it up to the rest of the cast to help push the dismal story, which the rest of the cast didn't do. There were a couple laughs, but in 2 hours and 30 minutes, the lack of story and characters gets a bit old. Pirates 2 seemed like a bit of a mess that was written quickly and thrown together in an instant, then left up to the visual experts to make good.

Not as great as the first but Johnny Depp is brillant. A couple of scenes needed some more work on the effects cuz they completely looked like green screen .. a little gorry but very funny mainly, you gotta see it cuz it sets up the third one

I think is not as good as first one, is way overated, how did this one become possible number 1 best all time box office. I guess cause is the star power. the story plot pretty confuse. alot of diff charater plot happend same time. effect whise is better. But also alot ungly and horror. 10 years ago those villian in thsi movie would be rated R by it self.

awesome movie. a bit long. somewhat plotless. great acting! great characters! best movie of the year! GO SEE IT!
