For a "smokey-eye" look you could use dark greys with a grey/blk eyeliner...but for your skin tone and eye colour you can't go wrong with coppers and shimmery browns. this gives a natural glow look to your eyelid. pair this with a brn/blk eyeliner & mascara and you've thickened your lashline ! bronze the apples of your cheeks and tint your lips with a light pink/almost nude but shiny gloss...very "right out of the sun" natural look

a good purple color would be an excellent contrast to greenish eyes! you could use any shade really, but lavendar works best(and is easiest to apply without looking like a clown, lol). dark purple would be a knock out, but just be sure to only apply it to your lids, and blend into the crease of your lid with a lighter purple color. also, i always love to finish any eyeshadow with a shimmery powder(usually white works). just a dab blended into the browbone makes your eyes pop, or even a little sparkle added on top of all the color on your lids works too. :-)

Go to a makeup counter at a department store and ask them- they're very helpful when you don't know which colours to choose! Also if you're planning on buying a certain amount of their products, they'll even do your makeup for you so you can get an idea of how it'll look!

Brown, taupe, gray, gold shadows would look great on you. Also, try olive, maroon and shimmery beige.
