Unlikely. It depends upon the employer and whether the offense is something that would cause the employer to question if the convict can be trusted with personal information, client communications, etc.

I don't see why not..... on every application I have ever filled out it says "have you ever been convicted of a felony?" then it goes on to say "answering yes does not automatically disqualify you from a job offer." I would think that would apply to every convicted felon, but the way our system works.... who knows!

Depends on the law firm. I bet that a felon could find someone to employ him/her. Felons can be lawyers too, just as a side bar.

Yes ... unless the individual was recently released. It's been my experience that time make a huge difference. For example, if it's been 6 mos or more that may be better then just a few weeks or a couple of months ago.

Can you? Yes. The law firm or lawyer, however, needs to permit the conviction and deem it not worthy of concern.
