A real king doesn't limit themselves to just a region. If T.I. were truly the king of the south...then all other southern artist could not sell records. Music is just a product that artist sell in a competition that consumers judge with their dollars, for which their can be no winners....so with all that said I wold have to say Scarface.

Scarface, T.I even asked him was it ok to claim that altough i dont know why cause he aint and please people dont talk about the king of any region if all you listen too is mainstream rap(whats on tv and the radio) there are so many more great artist than what you hear publicly
