What is the deal with all of these girls getting pregnant? Have you noticed how many of them come here saying that they are? What is happening to the teenagers of this world??

I worry about this all the time especially being that I have a daughter. Even though she will not be in her teens for another ten or so years I still worry that with the way things are now they can not possibly get any better.
Teenagers these days do not seem to have very good role models and that is really sad. I am not trying to generalize all teenagers, but often I do wonder what makes them think that at 17 or 18 years old they can take care of a baby. There is no way I could have done it when I was that young.
In a way I want to say it always comes down to the parents. I hope that when my children are old enough they feel like they can talk to me about that sort of stuff and not hide it. I also hope I can be a good teacher and know that they will make smart decisions and only have a child when they are ready.

The teens lack respect, self respect, morals and values in life. They have a negative attitude towards adults because they think we do not know any better in which we do because we have walked down the road they are on and know right from wrong. Seems like todays teens just want to do wrong thinking the parents are going to foot the bill.

Yes Ive noticed there are ALOT OF THEM! its sooo scary and so sad to see so many teens scared to death and feeling so alone! Alot of times I will answer some of their questions because I hope in some small way i will be able to help them! They r afraid to ask someone they know so they ask a stranger. I try my best to give them an answer. BUT it terrifies me to know there r so many out there uneducated about their bodies and sex. Where r their parents? I dont know. Some parents just dont care. BUT these kids are our future!

I hate that sooo much cause now it gives me a bad name. It also makes my parents over protective. I can't go out a lot with my friends cause they think that i'll get pregnate. And its the stupid girls who when there 30 there kids are like 19 already. Its like can't they behave themselfs and shut there legs so we don't have some annoying Maury episode.

Beleive it or not i was just gana ask this question. What is with you people. Have u never heard of birth control or WAITING to have sex so if u get preg your not like 10????????????? Keep yo legs closed until your atleast out of high school!!!

Many of them are insecure and feel unloved, so they think in having a baby, they'll have someone that will always love them.

its disgusting-parents aren't taking care of the kids and educating them. some ppl are hiding from the facts.. theres this girl in my class and she got pregnent a few mo ago-in 8th grade!!!!

lack of education and lack of parental involvment in their kids lives. many of these kids are the result of a teen pregnancy

they dont have any morals or common sense. its really sad. Im 15 and am really mature. I have always been though. Im in my rebellious stage now and it isn't too terrible! :)
