Not doing the reports could add another chapter to your bio -The Unemployed Years...
Remember - the Hard thing to do Is The RIGHT thing to do. ;-)

social workers are underpaid if they are doing all the paperwork required of them..
But if you are bored? why aren't you doing the work as you should?
