Put a clean, dry and super-absorbent paper towel directly under the spots. Then get another paper towel and soak it in Vodka (or club soda; Vodka has a better chance of breaking up the oil but club soda is more sensitive to the fabric). Try to "push" the oil spots thru to the paper towel on the other side of the shirt.

You may want to do a small test spot...I don't want you to ruin your shirt.

I have had good luck removing olive oil stains from jeans with Dawn. I'm not sure what this will do to silk though, so you may want to spot-test it.

Use Dawn dishwashing liquid. Put it on a damp cloth and rub gently. Should take out the oil.

a grease dissolving dish soap will work, like blue Dawn. Leave it over night then hand wash in cold water. Or take it to a cleaners.

treat it immediately with seltzer water, sprite or 7up, which ever is available and wash it in cold water. Do not put it in a dryer!

Take it to a professional cleaner if the above does not work.

Pray to God, because you probably won't get it out any other way. Oil stains like crazy and you may actually make it worse trying all kinds of different ways to get it out. Sorry.
