Both of them are at fault for escalating this issue. Israel is certainly at fault for over-reacting. Perhaps they are using this as an excuse for displaying their military strength and scaring off future Arab attacks.
Lebanon is also at fault for harboring Hezbollah and letting them get away with hate activities against Israel. They did nothing to stop Hezbollah.
The US is also at fault for blindly supporting Israel. They are blatantly favoring Israel over the other Arab countries by providing aid, big bucks and weapons. How do you like to be a unfavored son? You react by being even worse, usually.

Both are. Hezbollah for starting this latest round and Israel for it's vengeful wanton disregard of innocent life when as a sovereign state it claims to be better.

i think Israel cuz it is looking for any reason to invade Lebanon. it could have negotiated with the Lebanese instead of killing innocents.
