A new land should come out from the deeps of the ocean to the surface, and it should be populated by peaceful people who's only interest in mind is love not money not power. It should be located in the Pacific Ocean but far from Hawaii and far from New Zeland and everybody else.

I shall call it Peacetopia.

Peacetopia, or in other words you are seeking a Utopian land. The truth is a perfect land nor country can exist in thsi world. It is human nature to seek power over the weak ones.
lets say you do manage to have a land where all of the peacemakers and decent ppl move in to; they have no interest in money nor anything else. however, there will b one thing to control, FOOD! to decide how will thinsg run, how to destribute the food, who brings the merchandise in the land, who should one goes to if they need anything.
and this problem will destroy that peacetopia or your utopian society, coz someone will desire to run all these tasks himself/herself.

Yes, that sounds lovely. But it wouldn't last... all of the peaceful people would probably then start arguing about what should be the official language and whether or not they wanted to accept something like "Peacetopia" as the name of their new country... then who would be allowed to move to the island? All peaceful people? Overpopulation would be an issue and then that would cause conflict... and so on and so on. Human nature's a bugger isn't it.

That Pacific Ocean rim is about to give way. its hard to get far from Hawaii and still be in the Pacific. under water is the only unexplored Earth, I think I'll stay here.

The only way that would work is if nobody knew about its existence and it was self sustaining in every way. And all it's inhabitants were absolutely perfect and peaceful in every way.
