Satellites cannot detect what is in underground tunnels. Just before firing the weapons are taken above ground. After they are fired the firing site may be changed. Electronic warfare is complex. Satellite, laser and microwave technologies have applications in EW.

Its hide and seek. The rockets used are very small, and placed on the back of small pick up trucks. They are hidden in basements, caves, etc, and are hard to spot.
Israel is working on the problem.

yes they used the satellited, and yet it's a very big question, they knew those are innocent ppls they would bombed into..
BUT WHY THEY STILL CONSIDER TO DO IT????
