Be sure and have your popup blocker turned off too and installing Java or whatever it need. Also, try running a virus scan and a spy-ware scan (Ad Aware and Spybot Search and Destroy are good and free). If that doesn't work, contact the Support of the website you are using, well, unless you are trying at work, then they probably have it blocked.

first you have to make sure you 'have' java, which you can get from www.java.com. 2nd, you have to make sure you're puter is set to enable a java applet like in yahoo bridge. to do this just open an IE window, tools, options, advanced settings, and there should be an item that says 'enable java console'. just do that, you might have to reboot, and you're good to go.

if that still doesn't work, it could be your firewall or anti virus, too. (just make sure its set to accept the web address).

yahoo now uses popups to enter lounges/rooms. do not turn off your popup blocker!if you do you get popups.just click on popup blocker,on list add always allow yahoo.com this will fix your problem.
