ok , im in a office , air conditioning is abouttttttttt 17C and the flooring is wooden , wen ever i touch a metal object BANG static !

By its very nature the air cooling system is drying out the air. Many people have humidifiers they use in cases like this. Moist air does not cause as much static as dry air.

the air conditioner pulls out water from the air which ups the static electricity.

get some anti static shoes

also, the air is probably too dry (low humidity)

You need to drink more water! I am not joking, if you do not drink enough water, you conduct more electricity. This used to happen to me, then I started to drink more water, and it stopped it! Drink up!
