ok, when i turn on the pc the light comes on, but the monitor, the keyboeard and other devices doesnt seem to detect pc activity. I tried disconectnig all devices but its the same. Then the pc doesnt seem to be working, it makes less sound, maybe its the hard drive, or lack of power distribution, if i can repair it manually pls give some tips bout what should i wear and what to do and to not do.

doesn't matter what u wear, just have the plug disconnect. if your pc was working before, then u have problems. your harddrive is probably dead. if this is the first time you are getting it to run then there is still hope. You probably want to check if everything is connected correctly. start with memory sticks. then move to hard drive. if the monitor/keyboard lights come on then its you hard drive that is the problem. if they don't come on then its your connections/ hardware failure/ bad power supply or something is not grounded and it was short circuited.

shopper provider pastime. go searching your section for pc/digital shops that grant that position. In-homestead or by telephone. attempt searching at a company you want to artwork for. See in the journey that they have openings.

sounds like a motherboard issue to me

Maybe there was a power surge and it fried part of your motherboard.

get a dell at dell.com and get rid of that piece of crap listen to me im pushing dell and i wourk on a hp pavillon hmm go figure this what they call progress...

sounds like you have mobo problem.
