Any Keb' Mo' fans out there? Does anyone know where he lives now?

I am a HUGE Keb' Mo' fan and have seen him at least ten times. I've also met him and he's a really nice guy. He's definitely one of the most talented on the blues scene now! I'm not sure where he's living now. Maybe back in CA.
