Doesn't really matter. Most people in America would prefer inches while those in Europe and Asia are more used to Centimeters.

Geezus...why are guys so concerned with measuring their dongs. Just be happy with what you've got. You can pleasure a woman with 5 inches and she'll be in serious pain if you've got 10 or 12. Just work what you've got.

Way back in the UK Navy we were visited by an American sailor. He saw notches along the side of the table and asked what they were.
Well that is what we measure our manhoods by. We lay it out along the table and put a notch where it ends.

Sure we said.
So he laid it out along the table and said in glee. "Hey I beat all of you"!
Suppressing laughter we then pointed out that we did it from the other end of the table!!
