How do you copy a screen shot from a video off your computer and then put it on Google?

I would like to pause a video that I downloaded off of Limewire and make a picture or {Screen shot} and then put it on google is this possible? And is it legal? I’ll be happy if I can just take a picture off of the movie I downloaded and keep it for myself.

Pause the video
Do a Print Screen (You should have a button on your keyboard labled Print Screen, or Prnt Scrn, or something smimilar)
Open the Paint program (Start > All Programs > Accesoories > Paint)
Select Edit then Paste
You should see a picture of your screen
Use the crop tool (Top icon on the right of tools - looks like a dotted box) to select the part you want
Once select do and Edit > Copy
Do a File > New
Do an Edit > Paste
Save the picture

Can you legally post the picture on the Internet? No. Unless you are doing or saying some obscene or offense with the picture, are they likely to come after you? No. They see it as free publicity. Plus it would cost them a fortune to go after every person who ever posted a picture.
