I use olive oil and salt (and if you have any oil essences around for smell) as a exfoliator. It really helps with summer sandal feet!

Oatmeal masks are good for dry skin or skin that is prone to breaking out. You have to use regular oatmeal, not instant, cook it, then once it cools place it on your skin for about 10 minutes. Make sure it is a thick consistancy that will be sticky.

Egg White masks are good also.

Wet Tea Bags are good for eye puffiness

Cucumber slices are good for eye puffiness

Drinking no more than 120 oz of water per day (but no less than 90 oz) keeps your skin and body healthy.

Using vaseline on your feet at night then placing a pair of socks on them, sleep in the socks, the next morning your feet will be smoother....you can do the same for your hands with gloves.

Steap four cups of water with four green tea bags and mix in a cup of whole milk. Pour this mixture to a hot bath with no bubble bath in the water and soak for thirty minutes, followed by a shower. Do this once a week for soft, creamy skin that glows.

this is a great mask that tightens and tones your skin while preventing acne: beat an egg white til its really fluffy and put it on your face. and lay down on your back so it doesnt fall off your face. leave it on for about 15-20 minutes or until you can feel it gently tightening your skin. it works really good!

Cucumber, oat meal, honey and milk are good if used separately. Also, if you use Crushed Aspirin with a little bit of water 10 minutes at a time, it stops acne.

I use oatmeal facial and my face is very smooth. Take 2 tablespoons of plain oatmeal and dump it 1/4 of a cup of wam water and let it sit for an hour. apply on face leave it on until dry. if you leave on for more than 2 hours u will get wrinkles.
wash off with ice cold water. hope it works.

one of the best - and definite the easiest - stuff for the face that i tried is so simple (fits for the mixed skin) : oats in milk (cold or warm) + some honey. if you rib it, it's scrub; if just leave it dick on your face - great mask!
and, for the body you may try the used coffee grains.
good luck!

mushed avocados and egg whites made a great nourishing mask- aspirin tonic is excellent for pimples- a couple of tablets of aspirin disolved in witch hazel is terrific and cheaper than proactiv... both are Salicylic Acid- (beware if you are allergic to aspirin- even putting it on your skin could be dangerous)
