I saw it, and no, he's not in it. he'll be in the next movie.

I saw the film this past weekend and I did not notice Keith Richards. There were a lot of characters in heavy make-up/costumes so one of those guys could be Keith, but I doubt it...

Yes I have seen the new Pirates and it was AMAZING! But no Keith Richards was supposed to be in it but something held him up. There is a good possibility that he will be appearing in the 3rd one as Jack Sparrow's father.
