I have June bugs around my house all the time. In the day they bury themselves either in crevices, cracks or in the ground. I had one that got into my house and buried its self the corner of my carpet. At night they come out and fly around and my cats love to play with them and the same process happens all over again. Their pretty much nocturnal insects.

They feed during daytime as well. They go after anything sweet such as corn, grape, various fruits, and even raid the hummingbird feeder.
