Is this a joke?? if they dont know, im going to say this for them once and for all. Italy won the world cup by luck on penalties.

2. maybe their tv/radio/internet/newspaper were down during the finals?
3. maybe they just wanna give away 10 points?
but italy winning by luck? don't think so. there's also an element of skill involved.

They can't let go...they have to wait a whole 4 years before it's on again and by asking the same question over and over and over, maybe those 4 years will be here before they know it.
