Just tell her and get it over with. Then you can stop worrying. Besides, the world would be a lot better off if people would take responsibility for their mistakes.

I always say honesty is always the best policy and your mom will understand it was just a accident so be honest and see what she does with it

ALWAYS TELL THE TRUTH! you may get in alot of trouble for breaking it, but breaking it and lying about it will get you in so much more trouble!! besides, did you break a picture or a picture frame? if you break a picture frame thats bad but its kinda ok cause moms are wierd about "precious memories in tehre photos" so if you broke the picture, come clean as fast as you can!!!!!!!!! ino from expirience, i completely ignored my teacher when she told me to do somthing, and i would have gotten in troubel, but then i lied about it, and when my dad found out he grounded me for 5 months! so just come clean!!!!!~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get a new frame and then tell her you broke it either way she is gonna know that it got broke.

yes you should ! but when you tell her you need to tell her something important and get her to sit down. simply tell her you know you shouldn't have thrown the paper and explain to her what happened then tell her your very sorry and that it was an accident.
