their is a book written on mythology of the wichita indians. it relates the spoken stories of the tribe around 1900 +/-. the stories are basically about the sun, moon, stars etc. and how the tribe used these to educate the young. they are very similar to other myths recorded by the greeks, chinese etc.

I don't know much, excpet that this question doesn't really belong in astronomy (mythology has nothing to do w/ science). You'd have better luck in another category maybe.
