To get started.
Buy a paper towel holder that has the center bar that goes through the paper towels. Decorate the paper towel holder, depending on the material the holder is made of, you can paint it, glue on flat back crystals and beads, you can use silk flowers, faux fur the possibilities are endless. The nice thing about it you can mount it to your wall and decorate around it. Clasp all of your bracelets and then slide them on. To remove all you have to do is unclasp or remove the bar. Another idea is use a pretty, short towel rack or towel hooks. There are so many designs and different shapes and sizes to choose from. Have fun with it.

Instead of buying one, why don't you sit down, draw out a sketch of what you would like and then go down to your local craft store. I have found that it is alot of fun doing things like this and after some hard work, I have what I want. Good Luck

Yeah i imagine i became a wonderful youngster. each and every individual tells me i became. and that i became quite spoiled too. i became the toddler of the kin and only female after 2 boys, and in previous pictures I always acted like the focal element. i became also an truly evil youngster and loved doing nasty and stressful issues... yet my mom says that a domestic dog face helped me get away with maximum issues.
