If in UK babies have jabs, 8 weeks, 12 weeks and 16 weeks with the MMR around 12 - 13 months. They have a small check with the health visitor of weight, height etc on these dates normally and check with the doctor at eight weeks.

They also have an 8 month check with the health visitor and doctor.

I'm not sure what they do in your country, but in the US, they do one at birth, some at 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months and 18 months. Then the last round is just before they enter school at age 5. Talk to a pediatrician or a social worker. They can give you the full schedule that is required there.

Current guidelines for the MMR suggest the first immunization at 12 months and the follow-up at 18 months.

You can check requirements through any state health department.

Hi, as a paediatric nurse I can tell you that your health visitor will contact yo with information regarding health checks but they are usually at 7-9 months and the MMR is given at 13 months providing that your baby is not ill at the time, do not worry your health visitor will contact you when your child is due any check or immunisation.

Don't listen to your friend when it comes to your child and vaccinations. Ask the DR. The shots start when they are very young and don't end until they are in thier teens
