Well the best thing to do is shop at the RIGHT TIME not the RIGHT PLACE. Go to the end of season sales which usually happen at the end of summer for fall cloths and end of winter for spring cloths. Express, Forever 21, The Rack, Macy's to name a few are stores that have HUGE sales and don't do too much advertising for them. Go to there websites and get on their mailing lists, then they will send you stuff in your mail or email about they're sales and send you coupons too. I save up for a few months at a time then shop the pre-season sales and get a crap load of new cloths for the new season. I also recommend this to a lot of people I shop for.

previous army has some somewhat cute infant/infant clothing, as does Carter's and maximum outlet department stores have a Carters shop. Costco additionally has some somewhat cute clothing for a brilliant fee. Costco is likewise a brilliant place to purchase diapers. For length a million you recover from 250 for $30.

If your a preppy girl (like myself) then you shop at Areopostle.. when you spend big bucks you get big rewards like spend 50 you get a 25 gift card for free and the polos are only 9.99 right now!!! If you live near a big city, like Philly or NYC try some stores that dont look your style, i went into this crazy store Guacamole and i bought three pairs of thee most ka-ute sunglasses on this earth for like $$5 and they are like soo awsome and look like i spent at least 25 a peice!!!

If your not preppy your more like punk .. i have been in Hot Topic a couple of times .. they have realy cute pins you can put or you purse or your shirt or youer belt and they are loike 3 for a dollar.. but they have this fairie trend going on and i dont get that style really.. but they have ah-dorablee tee shirts

If your seriously on a buget and you like vintage most deff go to Wal - Mart!!!! they have the most ah-mazing collection of vintage tees.. i mean some are Kiss some are Flinstones some are Reese Cups some are Coke-a-Cola

I hope I've helped!!

"New" clothes - TJMaxx, Macy's, Marshall's, Kohl's, Target
(I always hit the clearance rack at non-clearance stores).

Gently "used" clothes - thrift stores! Don't knock it! You can get name brand stuff for pennies on the dollar! Just recently, I got a pair of Nine West shoes for $1.50 and they rock!

Also check out consignment stores in your area, in case the thrift stores aren't your flavor! And ebay! I just got a great dress on ebay for $5.00 + shipping! And it's brand name!

Another good place if you can do it is to try Ebay. There are some really cool clothes and good prices to be had, you just have to be persistant.
