Dad works out of town for 2-3 months at a time! If hes is working intown hes out of town on the w/e. He has worked 7 days a week 10-16 hrs a day for over 1 yr now. I have a 4 yr old, almost 2 yr old,and a 2 month old. I know its a few lets just say theres no mommy and daddy time when he does come home or there will be a 4th. ( ha ha ha )

if it is feasable i would go to where he is once or twice a month to visit so that the children and you would not forget him and he may feel that you care about him

Look for a church or group that has a "mommy's day out". They'll watch the kids for a few hours (free) while you and the other mommy's go to a movie or lunch/dinner.
Get together with other moms in the area - like a playgroup. This way you're not always isolated.
