I walked past John Malkovich in Chelsa (London) in the summer of 1990. We locked eyes - he saw me recognize him. He was hugely tall and bald - both surprized me. I later saw him in the play that he was performing that summer called "Slow Burn".
I wish I would have had the balls to stop him and say hi, but he looked like he wanted to be left alone... plus he had a pretty big umbrella.
I also saw Steven Tyler down near Picadilly that summer with his body guard and all that. I didn't go up to him because he was trying to be a celebrity plus I was a little scared of his mouth.
I wish I could have lunch with Gene Hackman. I loved it when a few years ago he popped some young dudes after a road rage altercation. He's done so much stuff - I'd love to be able to ask him some things.

Yes, last time my wife and I were back home in Long Island to visit our parents... we went into the city and we met Kevin James of the King of Queens... he is a big teddy bear... he is so nice... we talked with him for about an hour or so... then he gave my little 4 year old boy his Yankee hat he was wearing...
My wife and I also met The Dave Matthew's Band... we had backstage passes this year... we talked with them for about 1 to 2 hours before the show started... they were very nice as well... and they are not like everyone thinks they are...

I sat with Steve Greenberg ,the guy who did "Funky Town", at a wedding. He is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a one hit wonder. He was very nice, and only talked about his fame because I asked.

i met Howard Stern, David Copperfield w/ ex-wife Claudia Shaffuer, and Martha Stewart. Howard was at 1 of our board (apartment building) meetings as was Martha. Howard was surprisingly quiet and sat in the corner by himself. Martha was as much of a b*tch as she appears, and David stopped by to sign a check and i only saw him for like 10 seconds.
